How do I purchase in Monster Legends for iOS?

In order to access the store of Monster Legends for iOS first of all you need to open the App as if you were going to play.
Notice the Gems bar at the upper central part of the display. Tap on the + sign and our gems packs will be offered to you. Chose the amount of gems you want to purchase and tap on the prize to initiate the purchase.
Remember that once you are trying to purchase something, there is a confirmation message and your purchase will be made through the App Store. Your Credit Card information needs to be activated in your account in order to complete the transaction.

Also we would like to ask you to remain calm and polite since the members of the Support Team are trying to solve hundreds of issues per day. If players are being rude and offensive to us we preserve our right to not respond to their requests.

Do you store my Credit Card details?

We do not store your Credit Card details nor have access to them.
If you purchased something through the App Store your data will be saved in your App Store account. How to access to it? It is very easy:
-On your iPhone, iPad or iPod:
First of all you must access the App Store App.
Tap on the “Featured” options and go to the very bottom of the screen.
Tap on the “Apple ID” button, where you can probably see your e-mail address.
Tap on the “Account” button and then you’ll be able to see the payment options.
Tap on “None” and you’ll see how your Credit Card information is no longer showing.
-On your computer:
1. Through the App Store: Go to “Featured” placed on the top of the app.
On the right side of the screen you’ll see a button to access to your account.
Introduce your Apple data and you’ll directly access to your Credit Card Account.
Modify your payment information.
2. Through iTunes: Go to “iTunes Store” placed on the left side of the app.
On the right side of the screen you’ll see a button to access to your account.
Introduce your Apple data and you’ll directly access to your Credit Card Account.
Modify your payment information.

Can I claim a refund?

We’re do not have the prerogatives to refund purchases since the entire process is managed by iTunes.

I bought gems but haven’t received it yet. What happened?

If your purchase process is being interrupted by phone call, low battery, message etc., you’re NOT supposed to be charged. You just need to start the purchase process again.

How do I get my iOS User ID?

Please follow these steps to get your iOS User ID:

1) Click on the Options button.
2) Click on “Report a problem”
3) A new e-mail will open with default text, check for the word “User”, on its side you will find your ID (it is a number).

How do I connect my iOS account to Facebook?

The first time you open the App, you will get a pop-up requesting to connect to Facebook, accept the request and follow the instructions given by the App itself.

If by mistake you declined to do so, don’t panic as there is another way. First of all, finish the tutorial (which will not take longer than a couple of minutes), then follow the steps as explained below:

1) Click on the Settings button.
2) Click on “Log in”.
3) Click on “Login and get 10”
4) Your Facebook account will appear as default as the first option, click on “Continue with FB PROGRESS”.
5) Please be careful NOT to choose the wrong account, for example, the second option is the iOS account which is just level 2, and as the App tells you, it is NOT RECOMMENDED
6) If you mistakenly choose the iOS low level account, the App will warn you, please click “NO” to exit and then select the Facebook account.

The App does not load, what can I do?

Make sure that your internet connection is stable and that the device is fully connected to the Internet line. Close any other application that might interfere with the device performance and restart the Application.
